At Delozia, we are committed to providing you with the best shopping experience possible. We understand that sometimes things don’t work out, so we’ve outlined our return policy below to ensure that you can shop with confidence.

Return Conditions & Restrictions

  • Original Condition: All returned items must be unused, unwashed, unstained, and include all original tags and hygienic protectors.
  • We will accept returns of unworn clothing items with original tags and clear garment packaging with the SKU label.
  • Please note, we do not accept exchanges.

Return Request Timeline

  • Return Window: Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of receiving all items in your order.
  • If your order is split into multiple packages, the return window will begin from the delivery date of the final package.
  • Once the return request is submitted, the items must be shipped back to us within 7 days to qualify for a full refund.

Restocking Fees

  • Returns not meeting the conditions above may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
  • Shipping & Handling charges are non-refundable.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a shipping error or a damaged item.

Non-Returnable & Final Sale Items

The following items are non-returnable and cannot be refunded:

  • Bodysuits
  • Intimates / Lingerie
  • Jewelry
  • Swimwear

Ineligible Items:

  • Customized or special order items.
  • Sale items.
  • Intimates without protection films.

Exceptions: Incorrect, missing, defective, or damaged items may be returned. Please contact us immediately.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
  • Shipping fees, except for damage or defects, are non-refundable.

Shipping Returns

Please email support@delozia.com for return instructions. In some cases, we may offer a returnless refund for small defective items.

  • Misuse: Refunds may be canceled if there is intentional or repeated misuse, such as returning wrong items, suspected fraudulent activity, or lost items.
